Once the harvest is complete, Mike and his team work throughout the year to blend individual wine lots to produce our high quality wines. This process involves blending trials and tastings to identify the perfect combination of juices that will result in the highest quality finished blend. The quality of the wines is monitored throughout the year as they are stored, blended and packaged.
