Complete and submit the online entry form at www.almaden.com for receipt by 11:59 p.m. (EST) on 09/30/06 . Or, complete an official entry form (available while supplies last at Almaden retailers), or on a 3" x 5" plain piece of paper, hand print your name, age, address, city, state, ZIP code, daytime phone number, and e-mail address (optional), and mail to: Almaden/Chef Paul Prudhomme's Magic Seasonings Sweepstakes, PO Box 25396, Rochester, NY 14625-0396, to be postmarked by 09/30/06 and received by 10/6/06. TN residents may not enter online. Limit of one entry per person or household or e-mail address. Online entrants must be the authorized account holder of the email account from which the entry is made. No mechanically reproduced entries accepted.
ELIGIBILITY: Officers, directors and employees of Almaden Vineyards (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, licensed alcoholic beverage retailers and wholesalers, and other alcoholic beverage licensees, advertising and production agencies, electronic media firms, Sweepstakes Consulting, LLC, and members of their immediate families and those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. All federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations apply. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received. Estimated print circulation of offer: 2,106,000.
PRIZE: One (1) trip for four (4) people to New Orleans, Louisiana, consisting of roundtrip coach air transportation (via an airline carrier selected by Almaden Vineyards) from the major U.S. airport nearest winner’s home, 3 nights hotel accommodations (total of two rooms, double-occupancy at a hotel selected by Almaden Vineyards), a cooking lesson with Chef Paul Prudhomme , and a dinner for four at K-Paul’s Louisiana Kitchen restaurant. Maximum value of the one grand prize is $5,000. Travel is subject to space and departure availability, and trip must be completed by 9/30/07 . Travel is subject to blackout dates. Travel may not be scheduled between xx/xx/xx and xx/xx/xx. Winner must give a minimum of three months advance notice of travel dates, which are subject to confirmation by Chef Paul Prudhomme. All taxes and expenses not mentioned above, including without limitation meals, ground transfers, gratuities, telephone calls, and excursions, are the winner’s responsibility. Prize is guaranteed to be awarded.
WINNER will be selected on or about 10/11/06 in a random drawing conducted under the supervision of Sweepstakes Consulting, LLC, an independent judging agency whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Winner will be notified by mail and required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, which must be returned within 14 days of the date on the notification letter or an alternate winner will be selected. Winner’s travel companions must be 21 years of age or older at time of winner notification and will be required to execute and return a Liability/Publicity Release within the same 14 day period after the date on the notification letter and prior to issuance of travel documents. Any prize notification or prize returned as undeliverable will be awarded to an alternate winner. No substitution for prize except as may be necessary due to unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded.
ADDITIONAL TERMS. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Taxes are the winner’s responsibility. Prize acceptance constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use winner’s name, photographs, and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for any liability associated with the acceptance or use of or inability to use a prize. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible or postage-due mail/entries or Internet technical, hardware, software, telephone, or transmission failures of any kind, which may limit a person’s ability to enter this sweepstakes. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for any injury or damage to entrants’ or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from entering or downloading any materials in this sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or suspend advertising this sweepstakes on the Internet should a computer virus, unauthorized intervention or other cause corrupt the integrity or proper conduct of this sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or modify this sweepstakes or online portion thereof, if, at any time, Sponsor’s online service is no longer available or compromised by any virus, bug, or other intervention beyond Sponsor’s control. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be disrupting the operation of this sweepstakes or its web site. In the event of inadvertent errors in the structure of, or printing of materials used in connection with this sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or amend this sweepstakes, in whole or in part, without prior notification and with immediate effect, in which case the prize may be awarded based on entries received prior to the date or termination or amendment.
